Tempting a defamation lawsuit, OAN will host a third election fraud “documentary” from the MyPillow CEO

For at least the third time, One America News is letting MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell use its network to spread lies about Dominion Voting Systems and the 2020 election -- even as Dominion is suing Lindell for defamation and reportedly considering other lawsuits against entities pushing or hosting these false narratives.

Dominion sued Lindell and MyPillow in February for $1.3 billion, “alleging that the businessman had defamed the company with false accusations that it had rigged the 2020 election for President Biden.” (MyPillow recently countersued for $1.6 billion.) Dominion has filed similar lawsuits against several other pro-Trump figures and Fox News for also spreading baseless conspiracy theories against the company, and it is reportedly considering further cases.

OAN has been a prolific misinformer in its own right, and the network has continued to spread Dominion conspiracy theories as recently as this month. OAN also aired two previous, lie-filled Lindell specials, Absolute Proof and Scientific Proof. The upcoming sequel, Absolute Interference, once again purports to prove fraud allegations around the 2020 election that have been broadly discredited.

In an on-air “programming alert” for Lindell’s “latest documentary,” OAN promised he would “outline new evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election,” featuring “exclusive interviews” with QAnon conspiracy theorist and disgraced former Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.

OAN claims it is debuting Lindell’s latest film today and will air “encore presentations” extensively through the weekend, encouraging viewers to “keep it right here” as Lindell “will shed further light on election interference in the 2020 elections.”
