TOM DEL BECCARO (GUEST): Actually, I don't think there will be a trial. Look, this is — if I'm representing a defendant, this is an absolute victory in the sense that the amount of charges against President Trump have been, by the Supreme Court, reduced. Beyond that, they have set forth rules that are very much in favor of President Trump. Look, they said outright that he is absolutely immune from prosecution for the alleged conduct involving his discussions with Justice Department officials. Jack Smith sought to charge him for the content of those discussions — that is removed from the case. The Supreme Court said, in dividing official from unofficial conduct, courts may not inquire into the president's motives. Jack Smith wanted those motives to be that he wanted to do this selfishly for himself. The Supreme Court says, you cannot look into that. So the fact that — look, all along, Doug and I have been saying that this would be a case where there wouldn't get total immunity and there wouldn't be no immunity, that they would set guardrails. Well, some of these guardrails are very helpful and should be to this President Trump and all future presidents. And in that regard, there are some very clear and important victories here for President Trump.
