ROB FINNERTY (HOST): DEI ended in the federal government yesterday at 5 P.M. Eastern time because DEI was Jim Crow by another name. DEI was a workaround for discrimination, racial discrimination, and it was a failure because it was also based on principles that make people really uncomfortable to talk about. DEI was created to oppress, especially white males. DEI was never about diversity, DEI was always about exclusion. And you might not see that in print, but that's what it was all about. And it's against the law. It's unconstitutional, and it is racial discrimination disguised by three little letters — DEI.
