ASHLEY HAYEK (CO-HOST): You know, what's interesting about this, too, is it's a victimless crime. The bank should be indicted in this as well because the banks were the ones who signed off on everything. And no one's going back to the banks on this. The other thing is that the developers in New York City are actually frightened. They're like, wait a minute, this is another tool in the justice system that could come after me and my assets, so, this is going to actually diminish even additional building, which is probably needed in New York City or any sort of revitalization, so that's going to affect all sorts of communities. This is truly tragic, not just for the Trump Organization, but for New York, for our justice system, for business, for everybody.
DANIEL LIPPMAN (CO-HOST): People should not build businesses based on misstating the values --
HAYEK: That is not it.
MERCEDES SCHLAPP (CO-HOST): No, you're basically -- that's the allegation. You're basically saying he's guilty. For crying out loud, what Republicans shouldn't do is do business --
LIPPMAN: But if he is found guilty --
HAYEK: No --
SCHLAPP: You're making that allegation. This is purely election interference. I believe any conservative or any Republican should not do business in a blue state. They are going to target conservatives, they are going to target anyone who's connected to Trump. It is what these political activist judges do.
