MICHAEL SAVAGE: Carl, I've been screaming about this for 20 years in San Francisco. I call it the homeless industrial complex. It's a racket bigger than the crack business in the state of California. Of course, it's not for the homeless. Donors who own these dilapidated hotels, sell them to the state at inflated prices, then their wives or girlfriends or daughters decorate them at inflated prices. And the homeless bums don't even want to go in there, on top of it all, because they don't have the freedom to destroy the society that they have in the streets.
It's crazy. I've been long saying they shouldn't have the freedom to live in the streets. Take the freedom away from them, put them in internment camps 100 miles away from cities, and give them the care that they need. This is long overdue. They don't have the freedom to destroy our cities. I'm sick of it.
CARL HIGBIE (HOST): I can tell. Homeless internment camps is definitely going to get noticed on the internet. So, that's going to be hilarious.
