GREGG JARRETT (GUEST): So the question is, for Congress, is America's national security compromised? Has Joe Biden, wittingly or unwittingly, you know, jeopardized the United States through his family's actions selling access and influence?
And if the answer is yes, that's an impeachable offense. High crimes, misdemeanors, bribery, treason. You know, selling out your country to America's adversaries is exactly what our founders feared when they crafted the impeachment clause.
Now politically, whether it's wise for Republicans to pursue impeachment, in the coming months right in the middle of a presidential election, I'd frankly advise against it. I've said this before. I think that it should be up to Americans to examine the evidence themselves, and they decide by their vote, come November.
