Hannity compares the courage of his FBI sources defending Trump from the Russia probe to the courage of 9/11 first responders

Hannity: “Those that know truth have also been willing to work with us to find the truth,” “it's sort of like ... you see the worst in mankind on 9/11, and then you see on the other side of it, you see the best of humanity”

SEAN HANNITY (HOST): That's what this all comes down to, the nuts and bolts of it is this: they hate Donald Trump, and they were doing everything within their deep state power to get Hillary Clinton to stay in the race, and keep her in the race, and to defeat Trump. And then once he won, they couldn't believe it, so they felt they had to undermine him, and the hope was that they were gonna get him out of office.

[...]

I have to watch out, and everybody else has to watch out, because six ways and Sunday they're gonna probably try and ruin our lives, and if that's the country that we live in, then we don't have a country.

You know, one of the reasons -- I will tell you this, this is something that I can say, one of the reasons we are where we are today is because within the ranks of the FBI and within the ranks of the intel community, those that know truth have also been willing to work with us to find the truth.

So, you know, it's sort of like the -- you see the worst in mankind on 9/11, and then you see on the other side of it, you see the best of humanity, you know, holding hands, and digging out and finding people that might be survivors, and feeding the first responders and all hands on deck. In the worst moments, you often see the best in people.

We -- there are people that you'll never know, that knew the truth, and were willing to work with people that I know to get the truth out, and they are -- they'll never be known for the heroes they are here. So, and you know, many times I've been obscure on this program, saying there's a lot more that I know that I can't tell you. Well, that's been many times, because we had to button it up and get it right, and get our facts in place, and our ducks in a row.

And some of these people have stepped up, and you know, one text, one message can reveal a whole lot, as we see with Strzok and Page.
