MARK MORGAN (GUEST): When they take this trek through Mexico, they are travelling in large groups, which I call mobile COVID petri dishes. They travel through multiple COVID hotspots in Mexico. When they reach our border, they are shoved in overcrowded, unsanitary stash houses for days and weeks, in tractor trailers. No PPE, no medical attention. And then they're shoved across our border.
