SEAN HANNITY (HOST): It's primary day in states like Arizona and Florida. Florida I'm paying the most attention to, especially because we're watching the gubernatorial showdown with my good friend Congressman Ron DeSantis, Freedom Caucus member. He's had a busy day, he's back in Florida, as he is getting ready to get some -- hopefully some good results tonight.
I did see a massive swing of support in your direction, thankfully, and I think it's going to be a good day for you, and Governor Rick Scott, who will be going up against Bill Nelson. It's a great one-two punch.
RON DESANTIS: Well that's right, Sean. You know, you came down, I think it was July 2nd, and I can say 100 percent aboveboard that every single poll we took on the campaign after Hannity came down, I was winning. So, I think that we're going to have a big night, I think it's going to be a big victory, and obviously I appreciate your support.
I mean, I had people coming up to me yesterday, we were touring Florida, saying how -- how neat it was, to come out to the events where you were at on the west coast of Florida. So --
HANNITY: We had a great time. I bet -- I don't think you ought to tell the president that, considering the president has been very active in his support for you.
DESANTIS: No, well -- and that obviously is a very big deal, and he came and had a huge rally, and it was phenomenal, and I think that really let us go even higher.
But it is true that in that early July period, that's when we really started shooting up in our polling, and so -- that just so happens to coincide with the big Hannity swing.
