SEAN HANNITY (HOST): If we have an FDA that is not looking out for the best interests of the American people why don't we clean that out? That's unconscionable to me. 

DR. HARVEY RISCH (GUEST): I agree, but I think that it's difficult to address, you know, bad behavior of civil service-- federal civil service workers.
