RAY SUAREZ (HOST): Given the priority business has begun to place on mitigating climate change, a raft of questions suggest themselves to presidential candidates tonight from both parties. What's the best way to tax carbon emissions? How do you transition to sustainable energy with minimum economic disruption? Neil Cavuto, managing editor of Fox Business and one of tonight's moderators will question the Republican candidates tonight about business related issues and has spoken about climate change in the past.
