From the March 16 edition of Fox News' The O'Reilly Factor:
BILL O'REILLY (HOST): Just listen to me for a minute. I'm trying to tell you that it's your subjective opinion, not objective opinion, that Trump is a racist. OK. There are other people who don't think he is, all right? OK. So I'm not going to get in the middle and say that's a racist, that isn't. What I'm going to do is bring it back to your network, all right? If you, the top guy, has demonized him as a racist, how can you possibly cover him?
JORGE RAMOS: I think as a journalist you have to take a stand when it comes to racism. And this combination --
O'REILLY: How you can cover him, Jorge?
RAMOS: Corruption, public life, dictatorship, and human rights. If you don't take a stand in those instances, then what's honorable as journalist? I think you have to be tougher on Donald Trump. You haven't been tough on him.
O'REILLY: I have been, listen, I have confronted Donald Trump in ways --
RAMOS: How many times you have confronted him?
O'REILLY: That he has told me that I'm unfair, OK? So I'm not going to get into me. I want to bring it back to you.
RAMOS: You've talked to him so many times, and you and Sean Hannity --
O'REILLY: Yeah, tonight, right before you.
RAMOS: You let him get away with anything.
O'REILLY: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't even let him get away with anything. I confront him.
RAMOS: With almost everything.
O'REILLY: That's not true.
RAMOS: Absolutely, because --
O'REILLY: Look at the transcripts and everything he's done I have asked him about.
RAMOS: I have seen the transcripts. When it comes to immigration, he talks about a wall, and then --
O'REILLY: I favor a wall.
RAMOS: And then you --
O'REILLY: Wait, wait, wait. Am I a racist for favoring that wall?
RAMOS: No. no, no. It's not favoring a wall --
O'REILLY: I favor a wall, do you know why?
RAMOS: But you let him get away with things like that.
O'REILLY: I don't let him get away with anything. I favor the wall.
[...]
O'REILLY: I'm answering your questions, you're totally ignoring me. You're blowing me off.
RAMOS: No. I'm not ignoring you. I'm just saying that you are not being tough on Donald Trump.
