RUDY GIULIANI: When I ran for president in 2008, I was asked a question, if there was an attack like this, what would I do? And I said, what I would do is I would call in the head of the CIA and I'd have ten pardons on my desk. And I would say, in four hours you get me the information. I don't care what you have to do.

SEAN HANNITY (HOST): And then you'll pardon them.

GIULIANI: And I'll pardon them. You just get me the information, and I will save innocent lives. I'm sorry, I will not let a terrorist murderer hold this information and not save innocent lives.
