BRET BAIER (HOST): It's the moment. It's also history. As I just talked about with Governor O'Malley, this is a moment that we haven't seen before. A woman topping a national party's ticket.

CHRIS WALLACE: You know and it was only 100 years ago that, I think 1916, that women got the vote. And now we're going to have -- and some would say why did it take 100 years? But we're now going to have the first woman to be the presidential nominee of a major political party. It's a big deal just as the nomination, eventual election of Barack Obama was a big deal. And whether or not you like Hillary Clinton and her policies, the fact that there's another obstacle that's been broken is a significant part of our history.
