Ben Stein: Trump Is “An Extremely Flawed Nominee And Not Much Of A Human Being”

Stein: “It Breaks My Heart To Think Of Pulling The Lever For Mr. Trump”

From the October 19 edition of Fox Business Networks' Cavuto: Coast to Coast

Video file

BEN STEIN: I say he's an extremely flawed nominee and not much of a human being in terms of character but I think he might still be better than Mrs. Clinton. I mean It breaks my heart to think of pulling a lever for Mr. Trump when he's such a flawed human being and really not a very nice or decent human being. But I hate to say that I think she's even worse.

NEIL CAVUTO (HOST): But he would not be the first flawed human being to make it to the White House.

STEIN: Well I totally agree.  Totally agree. But in terms of his, as you put it, crassness and crudeness, I think he's way, way up there. When I think that when I was a young lad, long before you were born, we headed Adlai Stevenson and Dwight Eisenhower running for office. And now we have these two creeps. It just absolutely makes my blood run cold.
