ANDREW NAPOLITANO: Look, [former acting Attorney General Sally Yates was an] Obama appointee. She's not going to do a favor for Donald Trump. But, if she can't do what the president needs to have done, she has to step aside. If she won't step aside, she has to be fired and that's what happened.

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Judge, there are a lot of people like her in the administration, career diplomats, people at the IRS, at the EPA, people who are partisan.

NAPOLITANO: And President Trump and his team will find who those people are, and do what he's done so well.

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): But the longer they stay in place, the more problem he's going to have on everything he does.

NAPOLITANO: We have in this country called the “unified executive.” Everybody in the executive branch works for the president of the United States. They don't work for themselves. And if they can't work for this president, they should go and he'll be happy to replace them.
