BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST) I would say this about Heather Nauert, I mean, this is earned. She's been in there for two years. People have had a chance to see her. AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): Yeah, no doubt, she's very smart. We know her personally. She's been a good friend to all of us and we wish her the best. She worked on this show for a long time.

STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): She did indeed.
