SCOTT: How does the proposal invest in working class Americans?

CHARLES PAYNE (FOX BUSINESS HOST): You know honestly it's a wide ranging document that has been revised, it's vague. You know, so that part of it is just mumbo jumbo. You know, listen, the idea that the United States, which is like 5 percent of the global population, can somehow cure climate change -- no matter how much you believe in climate change, you have to acknowledge that hey, no matter what sacrifices we made here, if China is sending -- putting out a bunch of pollution, if India is putting out a bunch, then it's sort of -- we can't save the entire planet. Listen, it's a smoke screen for something else, which is redistribution of money and power and a socialist agenda. That's all that's a smoke screen for.
