CLETA MITCHELL: Why do you think that they are attacking the Supreme Court so heavily? They're attacking the Supreme Court because they know that that is who will ultimately have to step in. That is the last step before we're talking about guns in this country. You know, I remember realizing my first semester in law school that the law really is what keeps us from having people going out and shooting each other. The law has replaced dueling. And I think that we have to have and we need an independent judiciary - I should come back to that in a moment. You made a comment about the judicial system. Let me tell you, it's shocking the difficulty that we have had in trying to get election laws upheld and violations of election laws stopped because of, I think, a very feckless judiciary but that's - set that aside.

I think the Supreme Court may be called upon to have to step in and save the election results and, you know, just like they did in 2020, whether we like it or not and I don't like the way they handled it. I think they could have resolved some of these things by hearing the case of all the states that sued because of the problems in the States that handed the election to Biden. And I think that things might have been different these last four years in terms of the way people feel about the election process.

But the Supreme Court is not going to be able to take a bye. I think that they may have to be - and I would hope that they are preparing to do that very thing because I think one of the reasons that they went so hard after the January 6th people and all is because they wanted to rub that in and create a framework where they can do what they've accused, wrongfully accused the J6ers of doing.
