Fox's Frank Luntz gushes over Chamber of Commerce ad -- guess who pays him?

Fox News really doesn't care about all its ethics problems.

Take Fox News contributor and discredited pollster Frank Luntz. During an October 6 segment on The O'Reilly Factor, Luntz gushed over a political ad by the Chamber of Commerce supporting Republican Rob Portman's U.S. Senate campaign. Luntz said that the Chamber has “done some of the best advertising across the country” and ran poll testing of the ad on-screen. Watch:

At no point did Luntz mention the fact that the Chamber of Commerce is his client. Luntz's website lists the Chamber as a corporate client, and his official biography states that “Frank has become the go-to consultant when Fortune 100 companies and their CEOs need communication and language guidance, from General Motors to Federal Express, Disney to American Express, from AT&T to Microsoft, from Lowe's to Pfizer, from Kroger supermarkets to McDonalds to the entire soft drink, hotel, and motion picture industries, as well as for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce [emphasis added].”

In September, Luntz conducted a poll with Doug Schoen for the Chamber. Like Luntz, Schoen never mentioned that he worked for the Chamber while defending them on Fox News.

Just another day for the purported news channel.
