KATIE PAVLICH (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): They have actively worked against these governors, whether it's in Arizona or Texas to make this problem worse. I mean, Texas Gov. [Greg] Abbott tried to put that buoy in the water. The federal government sued over that. When there was border walls being built outside of the federal jurisdiction, they sued in Arizona to take those down.

BILL HEMMER (CO-ANCHOR): Shipping containers.

PAVLICH: They used shipping containers. So, he has abandoned this issue for the sake of politics but he actually has been working overtime to make this harder for governors to deal with. Meanwhile, this issue is bleeding into every other part of the country, whether it's cities, local budgets, the economy, health care systems, education systems, travel. You want to know why airline tickets are so expensive? Because the federal government is buying a lot of them through these NGOs, and the supply and demand is that they're more expensive for people who want to go home for the holidays.
