MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, who had been more than rumored to be considering a challenge to recently elected Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown, took out a full-page ad today in several Boston newspapers to make clear she is not running.
“I'm not running against Scott Brown. I never said I was running against Scott Brown,” the ad says, in part. “The Massachusetts Democratic Party never asked me to run against Scott Brown. It's just not true. Honestly. I swear. No, really.”
