American Prospect : CNN booked Kerry adviser to respond to Cheney speech

As noted by The American Prospect's Mark Goldberg:

CNN 11:20 P.M.: Wolf Blitzer seems to have read David Brock's memo. After the haranguing that the anchors gave to Zell Miller, Wolf issues the disclaimer that one month ago, CNN gave Ralph Reed the chance to respond to John Edwards' acceptance speech. Thus, Wolf explains, they felt compelled to broadcast Tad Devine's response. Kudos to Media Matters for America and a pat on the back to the rest of the blogosphere.
