ANNA KOOIMAN: Yeah, and if you remember the two girls that were accused of the cyberbullying of this Rebecca Sedgwick, they did face some sort of harassment charges. Those were dropped back in November, but this mother is saying what happened to my daughter psychologically was so difficult for her, I don't want other kids to have to go through this. And it's apparently the first attempt to try to end bullying like this in schools. It is defined as systematically and chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress. But people are asking, is this going too far because it includes teasing, social exclusion, intimidation, and those are things that are almost a rite of passage sometimes for kids.
