Fox Host Takes Hillary Clinton Out Of Context To Push Debunked Benghazi Myth

On the October 22 edition of Fox News' Fox and Friends, co-host Brian Kilmeade took a previous comment from Hillary Clinton out of context to claim that her “What difference, at this point, does it make?” statement was in reference to the Benghazi attackers' motives, when in reality, her comment was referring to the administration's post-attack talking points.

HILLARY CLINTON: Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they'd go kill some Americans?  What difference, at this point, does it make?

KILMEADE: She didn't think it mattered, the motivation of the killers. Here to take that question and so much more is Fox's legal analyst Peter Johnson Jr.
