From the May 12 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:

PETER JOHNSON JR.: This is part of the same wooden, hollow, cynical, jaded, disreputable politics that killed those four men in Benghazi and it continues today. And Hillary Clinton is part and parcel of this destructive pattern of behavior. You know, President Obama and Jay Carney and Hillary Clinton said, well, we’re going to bring folks to justice and justice will be done. Let's look what Hillary Clinton said and see where we are today and if she is saying anything today about it.

[...]

JOHNSON: Well, she proves her point today. It makes no difference.

BRIAN KILMEADE (HOST): Well, there's a couple of things, Peter. Well, why are we not going for the death penalty? Is it because the case is weak, because they don’t have the witnesses? It doesn't belong in the civilian court, perhaps?

JOHNSON:  Well, there’s a civilian court issue, whether it should be in Guantanamo, that’s number one, so that’s a huge issue.  Number two, we see these intimations, well, the evidence might be there. That's all nonsense. What this is about is the government not wanting to put on trial the comments made by the president of the United States for two weeks, by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for two weeks. By Jay Carney, by people in the White House, by Susan Rice, that lied to the American people about what happened and that becomes part and parcel of any trial in Washington, D.C., or anywhere else in this country with regard to this defendant. This defendant, if he is guilty, and the evidence, I believe, shows that he is guilty, I haven't seen it all --

KILMEADE: But is he a ringleader?  And where are the other guys?

JOHNSON: I don't care about ringleader. They indicted him, they said he's part and parcel of it, and now for them to walk away, that's an absolute injustice.
