BEN SHAPIRO (HOST): Suffice it to say that Donald Trump's legal docket is going to be very much filled all the way up until the election. And in some ways, that actually helps him because let's face it, covering these legal trials is super boring. It's really, really boring. Everyone already has an opinion on whether Donald Trump should go to jail or not. Very little of that is based on the legal issues at play in these cases. People who hate Trump want him in jail. People who like Trump want him to be president. That's kind of the way that this works. With that said, if everything Trump-related from now until the election is just legal headlines and everything Joe Biden-related is the world's on fire, then Joe Biden has a very serious problem on his hands.
