BENNY JOHNSON (HOST): Moving on to the actual Supreme Court. In the Fisher decision, Jack Smith and his January 6th indictment of President Trump went up in flames, because in the Fisher decision from the Supreme Court, they said that you are way overcharging and overextending this little minute law that should apply to corporate espionage and Enron to January 6th.
The destruction of federal documents or destruction or impediment of federal proceedings — you have way over-extended that. You're wrong. You can't charge people with that. Well, that was half of the charges Jack Smith brought against Trump. Boom. Out the door. The list of Ls go on and on and on. Here, Julie Kelly's classified dooms Jack Smith again at the SCOTUS. Julie Kelly will be on the program very, very soon to talk through. I don't think there's anybody who's taken more Ls than Jack Smith. So then why is Jack Smith back in the news thirty days before the election? Well, the whole intention of Jack Smith is, again, he's a human — he's a judicial dirty bomb intended to sow chaos and to harm as many people as possible — men, women, and children, anybody around Donald Trump. He's back in action trying to revive the dead indictment against President Trump for January 6th.
Now, of course, you may recall, march peacefully and patriotically, Donald Trump giving all of the national guardsmen to protect the Capitol — which, of course, if a single national guardman had been there, there would have been no January 6th. Like, all you needed was, like, a small attache, just like two or three guys. Like, you're not gonna step to these — like, the American military. The American military is really, really, well, intimidating. I know this because I lived in Washington DC when the American military effectively conquered all of Washington DC, and they did — they were stationed right outside of my house, which is next to the armory. Dude, it was very intimidating. You're not gonna step to these guys when they're standing in formation. Man, no. Nancy Pelosi said no. Murial Bowser said no.
Donald Trump's the number one person — I will say this. I'll defend this. I would defend this in a court of law. I would defend this in — on a debate stage. Donald Trump is actually the number one person who attempted to prevent January 6th. He's the opposite of the person who incited January 6th. He was the number one force trying to stop it. That's what all the evidence points to.
