DEAN REYNOLDS: Campaigning across Florida Thursday, Donald Trump repeated over and over that President Obama created the terror group ISIS.

Trump says now he was being sarcastic, but pointed to specific policies as evidence.

DONALD TRUMP: Folks. We should have never been in Iraq. We were going to destabilize the Middle East. I said it. I was a civilian.

REYNOLDS: But before the war began, Trump supported going into Iraq and even praised the invasion in 2003 once it began.

DONALD TRUMP: It looks like a tremendous success from a military standpoint.

REYNOLDS: But by 2007, Trump's feelings had changed and he was calling for U.S. troops to come home.
