From the November 6 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends:
AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): The first Obamacare open enrollment under the Trump administration officially underway. That happened on November 1. Democrats pushing the plan despite the law's pending collapse. How could they serve American families better? Well here weigh in on this is radiologist Dr. Nicole Saphier. Great to see you, Dr. Saphier, Brian. All right, so what needs to change? If you have a message for Congress, what is it this morning?
DR. NICOLE SAPHIER: Oh, wow, well we don't have that much time so I'm going to keep it short. It's easy to say no one is really happy with where we are at right now. No more than we were two years ago. And that's because the Republicans can't get out of their own way, the Democrats are refusing to negotiate with the White House, so President Trump said, “Well, I'm just going to do what I can and hasten the collapse of the Affordable Care Act.” And he's done that by cutting off the cost-sharing reductions or the “bailouts,” some people refer to it. He's narrowed the open enrollment period. He isn't advertising for it. And we may see this week in the tax bill, they may be getting rid of the individual mandate.
