The law allows abortions after 24 weeks when the mother's health is at risk or the fetus isn't viable

DOOCY: No Brian, up till birth.

AINSLEY EARHARDT (CO-HOST): No, up until the day that the child’s born. I mean, that would be me getting pregnant, and -- being nine months pregnant and walking into the hospital and saying, “I don't want the child anymore.” I mean it's -- I can't even believe that this is happening.
