There is a possibility that these four Republicans who are apparently, according to what we've heard, saying no to just the motion to proceed, the procedural thing. There's a possibility they will change their minds again. And that is one of the reasons why the president has invited them all up to the White House today. Plus, you got to figure a lot of people who live in their districts are going to pick up the phone today and call those four people and say, “Are you kidding? You told us you were going to repeal and replace. And now, what are you a RINO, Republican In Name Only?”
