STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): Everybody in Washington is now trying to figure out who is this senior administration official from the Trump administration who wrote this op-ed, submitted it to The New York Times, and essentially it said, the president of the United States is getting a lot done, but doesn't know what he's doing, and we are keeping things -- we are the quiet resistance trying to save America.

...

BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Yeah, they say his impulses are generally anti-trade and anti-democratic, but these successes have come despite not being -- not because of the president's leadership style, which is impetuous, adversarial, petty, and ineffective. And this is somebody, a man, who worked with him and feels this way. This sounds like anybody on any other channel, aside from this one, describing the president. And the problem is that many people see is that Omarosa [Manigault]'s book, Mike Wolff's book, and now [Bob] Woodward's book, they paint the same portrayal of what's happening on the inside. And it's driving the president crazy, he can't believe that these people would be this subversive. In fact, he tweeted out one word, “Treason.” And it is.
