Fox host Steve Doocy falsely claimed that Hillary Clinton used a computer in her office while she served as secretary of state that did not have a password. Doocy inaccurately cited a deposition from a former State Department aide given to the conservative activist organization Judicial Watch, claiming it showed “Hillary Clinton had a standalone computer in her office that did not have a password on it.” In fact, that aide, Lewis Lukens, actually said in the deposition that, while he offered a desktop computer to Clinton that would not have had a password, the proposed computer was declined and never set up.
