From the February 14 edition of Fox News' Outnumbered:
PETE HEGSETH (FOX & FRIENDS WEEKEND HOST): But did Rob Porter not get fired and did the White House not take action? And he doesn't work there anymore, does he? I mean ultimately he -- the consequences came down the pike. Why are we still talking about this at the level we are eight days later?
[CROSSTALK]
HEGSETH: Listen, I just think it's a process story that Washington is obsessed with. This guy got canned because he should have. The rest of America wants to know what we're doing about China. They want to know what we're doing on infrastructure, if we're going to get DACA fixed and a wall built. That's what people are -- care about.
[...]
TRISH REGAN (CO-HOST): So [Trump] could have said, “Look, he says he's innocent but I just want to make it very clear. To everyone listening right now, there is no room in our society for any kind of domestic abuse. And any kind of man that would lay one hand on a woman is the worst kind of most vile person ever,” and leave it at that. The guy is gone, let's move on to important stuff.
