MARIA BARTIROMO (GUEST HOST): Reaction right now from former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani. Mr. Mayor, good to see you.
RUDY GIULIANI: Yea, this isn’t a Justice Department anymore. This is a political arm of the Obama administration. I mean after the decision in the Clinton case in which anybody else would have been indicted except Hillary Clinton, the meeting, the inappropriate meeting between President [Bill] Clinton and the attorney general.
BARTIROMO: Loretta Lynch on the plane.
GIULIANI: And now, we have the Justice Department, which is filing against the police department, we’ve had verdicts by, in this case an African American judge, that two of these police officers were innocent. Anybody else has been let off or found not guilty, and they bring these charges. I mean, this is a political operation. I feel hurt by that, because I devoted 15 years of my life to the Department of Justice. From the very bottom, assistant U.S. Attorney, almost to the top, the third-ranking official under Ronald Reagan. I loved Department of Justice. I love what it stands for. I admire Robert Kennedy as an attorney general, and Bob Morgan at DA, they were both Democrats.

GIULIANI: These people take their oath to Barack Obama, to Hillary Clinton. It is disgraceful what the Justice Department has become.
