ERIC BOLLING (HOST): So, a lot of people were wondering what would it take for an impeachment. Now, think about if Hillary Clinton is elected president -- president-elect, becomes indicted, and then convicted of a felony. If she didn't step down, what would it take to impeach her? Now, you first have to prove on the grounds, and they could be treason, bribery, or this one, high crimes and misdemeanors, it's the one that encompasses quite a few things. First, it would go to the House, and it's a simple majority in the House. Once the House agrees, they would send it over to the Senate. You would have to have a hearing, the articles of impeachment would go to the Senate, they would have a hearing, and then two-thirds of the Senate would have to agree to impeach the president-elect, and then, of course, Hillary Clinton could pardon Hillary Clinton if she really wanted to. And there have only been two presidents who have been impeached, Andrew Johnson in 1868, and one William Jefferson Clinton in 1998.
