Fox News airs “remarkable video” of man trying to sink rafts with migrants on them

BILL MELUGIN (CORRESPONDENT): One last thing we want to show you, pretty remarkable video here courtesy of Breitbart. Take a look at this. This is in Roma, Texas, where a private citizen evidently got so frustrated with these smugglers coming over on rafts that he built a makeshift grappling hook and he went to the river's edge and started throwing it down as these rafts were coming across the Rio Grande. He was trying to puncture them to sink them, he was unsuccessful in that regard.
