Fox News almost completely ignored slain officer Brian Sicknick lying in honor at the Capitol

During the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol building, Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick was killed; his death is still being investigated. During the evening of February 2, Sicknick’s remains were laid in honor in the Capitol Rotunda; the ceremony aired live on CNN and MSNBC.

Though Fox briefly cut to the Capitol during Hannity and The Ingraham Angle, most of the airtime was dedicated to segments such as complaining about pandemic health protocols, fearmongering about what the Biden administration has planned for the Space Force, or attacking LeBron James for whatever reason.

Laura Ingraham even hosted Dinesh D'Souza, who on January 6 had justified the attack on the Capitol building as it was still going on.
