WILLIAM LA JEUNESSE (FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT): President Trump is accused of creating a lot of anxiety in the immigrant communities unnecessarily, but he also informed them of their rights in many ways, making the job more difficult for agents who are out there on a day-to-day basis around the country making these arrests. Also he is hoping, at least, that it will give some immigrants second thoughts about coming to the U.S. That is obviously part of this new asylum effort being announced today by the administration.
