CHAD PERGRAM (FOX CAPITOL HILL PRODUCER): Again, at the end of the day, is it just an exit ramp for both sides, were they talking about semantics, about what is a wall, what is a border security. But Nancy Pelosi here seems to be the victor because she held the line once she became speaker, and it doesn't look like the president heretofore is going to get that border wall.
