Fox regular claims court is “violating” the Constitution after it ruled against Trump

JON SCOTT (HOST): It does seem that the judicial branch has done the -- has taken on the job of administration in this particular ruling. 



BRAD BLAKEMAN (REPUBLICAN POLITICAL CONSULTANT): Worse than that. They're legislating from the bench. They're -- they're taking away the power and the checks and balances. They're not -- they're not upholding the Constitution, they're violating it. We're now encouraging people to come to the United States to violate our laws and then seek our protection. This is not the way the system works. The president will be vindicated in the Supreme Court.
