GENE BAILEY (HOST): Meanwhile, in Texas, we're in a drought. But Lance, you brought up some interesting points about this hurricane that you had noted. Why don't you bring those up?
LANCE WALLNAU (GUEST): Well, so intercessors are, right, you know how people are. They'll send you — pray about this. And so one of the points that was made was its origin isn't typical. You don't typically have a category 5 storm that originates in the gulf. Normally, you have it originating out there in the ocean. It works its way in. So and originating from the gulf storm is abnormal.
Secondly, evidently, the pattern of the swirl, I'm told, is counterclockwise to the direction it normally is moving in. So you have two abnormalities right there, and the theory is what makes this — what you could say is a — a more devastating spiritual byproduct of all that's going on in the — around America right now.
It could be a phenomena of a spiritual thing more than it is a natural thing in terms of the factors that make it totally different than a normal hurricane.
BAILEY: Pastor Hank Kunneman, let me bring you in on this. What do you think — supernatural impact here?
HANK KUNNEMAN (GUEST): You know, here's where it's at, pastor Gene. I think there's nothing about this storm that feels right, it doesn't feel peaceful, and it certainly doesn't feel like it's the judgment of God.
BAILEY: Right.
KUNNEMAN: I think we have to go back to things that God reveals ahead of time. And let me give you an example. Back in June of 2023, the spirit of God began to prophesy. He said, there will come a time where you're gonna see storms. They're gonna say cat 5. Now at the time, there wasn't cat 5 storms. They were not labeling as that.
And God said, you're gonna see this. And he said this will not be the work of my hand. It will be that which is of the hand of the enemy, but also man shall have their hand in this as well. Well, then you fast forward. I was at, Dutch Sheets' brother's church, Tim Sheets, a great man of God up there in Ohio back in May, and the Lord began to talk about 91 days before the scheduled election. And we were to pray. And he said it again at OTH that you were at, pastor Gene. He mentioned — he said the last week of September into the first week of Octobers, we needed to pray against storms.
Well, if this was from God, I don't think he would be warning us, at this level.
But I do think what's interesting, lastly, you know, there's a lot of conspiracy theories whether man can manipulate weather. I do know this, evil spirits work with man, And there are some very evil men who cooperate with evil spirits. And I find it interesting the path to where these storms are going, and God did say in the prophecies that these storms would be sent to interrupt the flow of our election process. So I think we've got to continue to cry out for the mercy of God.
