JESSE WATTERS (HOST): If you have Black-on-Black crime that's surging in streets that are controlled by Democrats -- the Democrats do control these streets, political power is there.
Why doesn't the Democratic Party do something to stop Black Americans from hurting each other?
BOB WOODSON (GUEST): I think that -- that this crisis, you know, goes beyond Democrats and Republicans. But the fact of the matter is the -- the people in power are really guilty of moral treason because the bulk of America -- 82% of Blacks polled -- support increased police.
