Reporter Gabriel Baird of The Plain Dealer in Cleveland was ordered under arrest Tuesday by a county judge for allegedly failing to reveal his source for a leaked psychiatrict report on a man accused of killing 11 women.

Associated Press reported that Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Shirley Strickland Saffold ordered the arrest after the reporter failed to appear in court for a hearing on Tuesday. The story said he would appear today.
