Conservatives Suggest Conspiracy at the EPA: Conservative media figures continue to suggest that Alan Carlin's report debunking global warming was somehow suppressed by the Environmental Protection Agency because it didn't conform with Obama's agenda. It wasn't, however, solicited by the EPA and there are a litany of other problems with the report.
