MARK LEVIN (HOST): Can I say something on an aside with this railroad company, and what's happened in Ohio? What's happened in Ohio, with Palestine, Ohio is horrendous. Horrendous.
We know there was a derailment, but we don't know all the facts, but to find some conservatives who sound like radical leftists is really quite troubling to me. And I guess this is the new populism, which has nothing to do with conservatism.
Was there something going on with the rail system? Is that it? Probably, but we don't know.
Now there's a town hall meeting tonight, and the CEO of the railroad company is not attending. And I suspect he's not attending because they're trying to get all the facts, and, of course, there's gonna be massive litigation. The company probably won't survive. That's my guess. You can only get insured to a point.
But I -- I don't know why some so-called populist conservatives think they need to demagogue these issues.
