MARK LEVIN (HOST): And this is what, of course, they're hanging their hats on in Washington. It's not just the Espionage Act, it's obstruction. Obstruction, you see, in Mar-A-Lago. I've never really walked around Mar-A-Lago. They say, okay, dinner's over there. I mean, I don't know where these documents were -- I almost asked, but I kept my mouth shut. But the point is this. What do you think this prosecutor -- he's trying in Washington to hook in obstruction on a presidential documents and espionage case, Espionage Act case, in a building that you couldn't get into if you wanted to without being approved. There are armed Federal Police at the front, several of them, at the door and on the way out.

Those documents were safer at Mar-a-Lago than they were in Sandy Berger's pants. I can tell you that, Mr. Producer. And they were safer, probably, than they are at the National Archives. There's not even a suggestion that anything has been destroyed or burned or sold or anything like that. So this is a whole made-up case.
