MARTHA MACCALLUM (ANCHOR): I thought it was massively inappropriate. As a Catholic, I am not used to seeing pastors — or a bishop, in this case — speak so politically in church. It's not something that is done in my church. So I found it very inappropriate. This is an opportunity to bring the country together on the cusp of a new era, and she has said before that she had nothing left to say to President Trump in the first term. So I think that it was really a gotcha moment on her part, which I find very uncharitable, and it's not the kind of thing that I expect to see in church honestly.
