MARTHA MACCALLUM (HOST): Jolene, what you think about the impeachment push?
JOLENE AUSTIN: I believe the impeachment push shouldn't happen. At the earliest, I think they said if they invoked the 25th Amendment he could be possibly taken out of presidency the day before.
I think that's just going to divide us more. I do not feel that he's going to try to, you know, do anything for the rest of his presidency. As I said -- he already said January 20th, there is going to be a peaceful transition.
I don't find impeaching him to, at this point, to do anything but divide this entire country even more, and I believe that if they did try to impeach him, that would cause more violent protests on Inauguration Day.
